Improvements to MultiRio's scheduling system

01.25.2022

Dear Customers,

According to the meeting on 01/03/2022 with representatives of SINDICARGA, LOGÍSTICA BRASIL and, over the course of a few months, with several professionals in the road freight transport segment, aiming at the constant improvement of our operations for the benefit of all, we inform you that:

As of 02/01/2022, the following improvements will be implemented in MULTIRIO's scheduling system:

  • It will be possible to schedule the removal of Import cargo with a minimum of 01 (one) hour before the window time (currently this minimum is 03 (three) hours)
  • It will be possible to edit the date and time of the import and export windows, both for full and empty containers, within the terminal window availability rules, without the need to cancel for data re-insertion.

As of 03/01/2022:

  • The “no show” charge will be applied to the carrier responsible for carrying out the scheduling, according to item 4.1 “Scheduling loss and/or cancellation (no show)” of MULTIRIO's current standard public table (https://www.multiterminais .com.br/tabela-de-precos), approved by the National Waterway Transport Agency (Antaq).
  • It will be considered "no show" any appointment not fulfilled or canceled with 02 hours or less before the beginning of the reserved window.
