Located in Resende, RJ, in the Paraíba Valley, this dry port began operations in June 2001 aiming to facilitate customs procedures for both import and export operations; reduce client costs; and accelerate the merchandise distribution process, by offering a differentiated storage area.

It has all the infrastructure necessary for customs clearance in a single location: Federal and State Revenue Ministries; Health Ministry; and Agriculture Ministry.  It is also licensed to operate chemical products subject to control and inspection by the Federal Police.

Its privileged location spans much of the southeast region: 130 km from Rio de Janeiro; 150 km from Minas Gerais, 170 km from São José dos Campos; 260 km from Guarulhos Airport; 290 km from São Paulo; 360 km from the Port of Santos, 380 km from Campinas (Viracopos) and 450 km from Belo Horizonte.

Additionally, it is strategically located in an area close to AMAM (Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras) facilitating the release of cargo controlled by the Brazilian Military.
